Our Approach

Experienced team – Our pre-construction team consists of qualified Lighthouse Electric staff members who have many years of experience building similar projects together. This combined experience gives us a foundation of knowledge gained from past projects, which in turn accelerates the design and estimating process.

Design – We are committed to working with this team to produce a Best Value design. This design will be complete and comprehensive when delivered to our estimating team.

Estimating – Our estimating team will work with the entire team to develop the electrical GMP. During this process, our estimating team will evaluate VE options and track potential changes with a project trend log.

Budget Control – After the electrical GMP is set, our assigned Project Executive will review the overall project budget progress with the other Team Leaders.
