Butler VA Health Care System

Lighthouse Electric Company, Inc. was chosen as the electrical and specialty systems installation contractor for this new VA Health Care System in Butler Pennsylvania.  The facility is owned by Cambridge Healthcare Solutions and leased to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Cambridge will remain as asset manager throughout a 20-year lease. The Cambridge project teamed also included the architectural firm of Stantec and Mascaro Construction as the construction manager. The 251,000-square-foot facility is located on 46 acres on Duffy Road and valued at approximately $110 million.  The Lighthouse contract included:
