Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business

The David A. Tepper Quadrangle or CMU Tepper Quad project represents a new academic vision at Carnegie Mellon University. The 4.5 acre site will be the centerpiece of the University’s new north campus and the home for the Tepper School of Business. The $201 million Tepper Quad Project consists of a new 315,000 square feet state of the art building that will house the Tepper School of Business, a University Welcome Center, a multi-use HUB/Forum, a 600 seat flat floor auditorium and a fitness center. The project also includes a 127 space parking garage under the building, 287 surface spaces, landscaping and site utility infrastructure.
